Long Term Care

The Skilled Nursing Facility, a 40-bed unit attached to the hospital, is home to several residents and post-surgical rehabilitation patients. The atmosphere is upbeat with daily activities, a complete list of services and around the clock care.

 

Recognizing the tremendous need for long-term skilled nursing care for the elderly, Community Memorial Hospital played a leadership role in establishing the Crouse Community Center, a 120-facility in Morrisville. Community Memorial is dedicated to providing appropriate levels of care while allowing residents and patients to remain close to family and friends.
