Primary responsibilities are to receive and register patients, schedule patients for provider appointments, chart preparation, accept and receive payments from patients and general office duties.
Assures that the patients are treated with courtesy, sensitivity and respect, and that
providers are given prompt and courteous support and service.
Emphasis is on effective interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
