Frank Walczak is a board-certified Physician Associate. He was born and raised in Utica, NY. Frank is a graduate of Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College and Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland. He completed rotations in Emergency Services, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics.
