As a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she brings a rare, integrated approach to care — helping patients address both physical and mental wellness in one convenient setting.

Tiffany brings more than ten years of experience caring for patients across rural and underserved communities throughout Central New York. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Baylor University, and later completed a Post-Master's Certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through Binghamton University's Decker School of Nursing. Most recently, she served as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Chenango County Behavioral Health Services and operates a direct primary care and psychiatric practice through TRWellness. Her background also includes more than ten years providing family medicine and behavioral health services within the Bassett Healthcare Network.
