McBride is a board-certified surgeon. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University in 2013, completed graduate studies at the University of California - Berkeley, and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Richmond. He completed his residency and training at the Easton Hospital in General Surgery and his fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Cardiothoracic Surgery.  Dr. McBride is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the Society of Robotic Surgery, the Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.

McBride resides locally with his wife and cat, Pumpkin. He loves being a part of a rural community while enjoying all New York has to offer during all four seasons.  He enjoys reading, working around the house, exercising, and watching football - Go Bills!
