Marshall is an ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) certified Nurse Practicioner (NP). She started at Community Memorial as an LPN over 25 years ago and has worked in family medicine as well as pediatrics. She earned her MS-FNP from SUNY Polytechnic in Utica, NY and is a member of the APA.

Cindy Marshall lives with her husband in Munnsville, NY. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and sewing in her spare time.
