Frank Barber is a board-certified Physician Associate. He was born and raised in Rochester, NY. Frank is a graduate of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska. He completed his clinical rotation at the WINN Army Community Hospital in Fort Stewart, GA.
